Nathan believes that exercise is a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to mental, physical, and emotional health. Exercise is a way to release many different stressors we experience on a daily basis. Not only does it help us deal with our health and stress issues, it gives us emotional confidence on the inside and out.
My passion is to help people of all walks of life and health experience exercise on a very personal level. I opened ICT Fitness for the following reasons:
-
to help people who have a difficult time exercising accomplish their goals
-
to teach people how to lose weight and keep it off
-
to take a current training program to the next level
-
to teach people how to eat correctly and live a healthy lifestyle
Each client should be treated as an individual and not as a number so that they get the results that work best for their bodies. My intent for our clients is that they get the absolute best one-on-one, personal training in a clean, upbeat, and encouraging environment. Our attitudes should always reflect a willingness to go above and beyond what our clients’ expectations are. We are always here for the client to provide them with outstanding customer service, a shoulder to lean on, and the best results possible!

Jeff believes that fitness training is the cornerstone for an active and fulfilling lifestyle, and that it leads to a healthy body and mind. His intent while training is to help people create and maintain a foundation for a healthy lifestyle while working toward their goals. Clients should intend to work hard and learn strategies to reach their goals in and out of the gym.
Jeff believes the goal of fitness training is to improve one’s ability to live a full life! If client’s workout with consistency to persevere their individual fitness goals, there is no telling what they can achieve. The training environment should be a family atmosphere that is friendly and focused to give clients that consistency they need to make strides! Working out should be fun and have a clear purpose. When client’s achieve their specific goals, the confidence and ability to lead a happy and healthy life is boundless.
Josh Ellis:
I believe that exercise, with an emphasis on strength and resistance training is the core of a healthy, independent and sustainable life. During my 12 year career in competitive powerlifting at the highest level, as well as my decade of personal training experience, I’ve learned how to gain and maintain strength and muscle mass in an efficient, simple, research supported way. There is a tremendous amount of misinformation in the fitness industry: outdated ideologies, outdated modalities, nitpicked information and opinion. What I aim to achieve with my clients is to sort through the mess and find the most effective and engaging ways to overcome their personal obstacles to fitness.
I have worked with hundreds of clients, of all demographics and disabilities, all over the country, and I intend to treat each and every person I meet as an individual with their own set of unique obstacles to overcome. Having personally overcome obesity, catastrophic injuries and surgeries, I am no stranger to a complicated problem.
No one should feel helpless, hopeless or lost. It’s my job to help my clients feel comfortable in the gym setting, learn self sufficiency in fitness, and to guide them to experiencing what their body is capable of!
